Either Steve Wooster or myself have gotten our email hacked. Or they can spoof emails, I am not that tech savvy so I have no clue, but:

If you had business with Steve Wooster, dont send any checks for Steve to a different address other than Steve's address in Washington. I am guessing you know his real address

I had email conversations with a guy using Steve's email that wanted me to send the check to a Paul Sarauer 1710 East Ave South, La Crosse , WI 54601. In the email was also my invoice attachment which made it seem really believable.

Emails had a from heading of Steve Wooster and were faked or are from his msn email. Almost fell for it.

Just got off the phone with Steve, this guy is in no way related to him or his business. I also have his permission to post this warning.

I had his address too. Someone was spoofing his email or something as I got my invoice from this guy from an email that is saying it's from Steve, it lists his email address in the from and to section.

I just got a phone call for a customer that was sending me $800. The person emailed him and had him put his name on it and mail to somewhere in Ohio. I wish he would have called me. I don't if it's my phone or just my email account. I need some one smarter than me.

Looks like Steve does nice work as well. Hope he catches the guy who stole his ID. I'm sure at some point we all will have our IDs stolen.
