What sights are the easiest to install, and what sight should I put on?

As a gunsmith, I make a pretty good ski patroller......

This is what I put on mine along with a Lyman 17AUG, Long Elevation screw, and gib screw.

Knobbed Gib lock screw and Extended elevation screw for sure.
I get along very well with the stock front sight.
NOT a fan of enclosed front sights.
Even remove the hood from all my Marlins.
