I was wondering. What technique do you use with rifle silhouet?
Try to hold yr rifle as still as possible, than shoot?
Or shoot while the rifle is in movement (over the silhouet)?

Oh what a can of worms we are opening with this question.

If I am in normal condition ( ie no serious back pains) I will hold for the center of the animal (or where ever my spotter calls), otherwise when my motion is uncontrollable I will attempt to break when in a motion over the animal.
