I "believe" it's a Marbles low tang sight for a 39a, hole spacing is aprox 2.175 center to center. Merit adjustable target aperture,
Lyman 17a AMB with unopened insert pack, a .28 fiber optic insert, 3 additional sight apertures, Marbles sight blank.
The number on the Marbles base is 9783 and I can't find a cross refernce for it. You'll probably need a longer tang screw.
