The Arizona State HP Silhouette Championship will be held at Ben Avery Shooting Facility in North Phoenix on March 26 and 27, 2022, with a practice day on the 25th. For more information see the attached program and entry form.

And the winners are.....................

Jake Stein took standard rifle with a 57/80 (he's 17 years old and doing terrific). Jim Luke was 2nd with 54 and John Mullins was 3rd with 83. John Mullins took hunter rifle with a 57/80. Jake Stein was second with 50 and Joe Rodriguez was 3rd with 49. The conditions on Saturday were good, but warm with high temp in the 90's. On Sunday the temps were a bit cooler (80's) overcast with switching winds. So Sunday was somewhat more challenging than Saturday. Our target setters didn't make it Saturday morning so Mike Slagel, Alan Kirsch, Jim Zimmerman and I set targets for the morning match. Big shout out to Jim for his help since he wasn't shooting, just spotting, saw a need and stepped up. Thank you again Jim! We had 42 shooters for Standard Rifle and 35 for Hunter.
