Who to boost scope and cost

I have a 12x Leupold that I would possibly like to get boosted and reticle changed. How much would this cost approx? and who would you reccomend to do it? I have had Ackerman boost scopes in the past but cannot find any valid contact info for him..........also how high of a power could i get? Any input is appreciated. Thanks
