Just got my hands on one, 14.5-35x with dot.

Never seen one in person and was surprised to see that increasing the magnification also increased the dot size. This suggests that it's now first focal plane which is a big mechanical change. The dot appears to be 1/2moa at maximum which is about perfect.
Haven't had time to shoot with it yet but so far I really like it.

I asked a question years ago on this forum, but no one ever answered the question:
Did Premier ever boost a EFR that was Second Focal Plane?

Regular EFRs are not first focal plane though. So this must be a mechanical change within the scope.
Either way I really like it.
