On 16 Feb 2023, Jerry died peacefully at his home in Casa Grande, AZ according to his obituary in the Idaho Falls Post Register:
https://www.legacy.com/us/obituaries/po ... d=48219510

Jerry was an avid silhouette rifle shooter along with other interests in the shooting sports, including the harassment of prairie dogs!
He generously donated his construction expertise and drafting skills for the design of the firing line cover, aka 'shooting ramada' (his words) at our local gun club. Jerry didn't hesitate to help with that project even though our gun range was so far from his summer place in Molt, MT that he never got to shoot under his ramada. Rest in peace my friend.

I am sorry to see this. I got to meet Jerry at the 2014 Nationals at The Whittington Center and it was a lot of fun hanging out with him. Godspeed Jerry.

Jerry was a hoot - and will be sorely missed.

Dang. I'm really sad to hear this. Jerry was a straight shooter in every sense. Truly was a pleasure to have known and shot with him.
