When you say “small dot”, how big is small dot?
Also, Can I assume click adjustments and windage is also clicks without turret?

I believe it's what Leupold calls the 'target dot' . Probably 1/8. Definitely not 1/2 dot. The windage is simply marked with MOA w/ coin type adjustment. A target cover fits on the threaded windage. I would think they have the same clicks. I got this on a gun that was unfired, but don't know much else. It looks very new, even though I'm sure it would be called 'vintage'.
