I'm in trouble...

Post by Ghostofwar »

I just wanted to say that I am addicted to GunBroker.com. My buddy convinced me to make an account on there so I could bid on a pistol I wanted to get. I got that pistol and got a good deal on it, but I went back. Now I get on there all the time and bid on things I really don't need. I have bought many things in the last month or so and it looks like I will be buying 3 things tomorrow that I really didn't plan on (or need), including a holster, and a Smith and Wesson Model 10 revolver. Is there a meeting I can go to to help me get over my habit?

Drink more....hard to bid when you're drunk....You are much more likely, howeve, to end up with cases of Blu Blocker Sunglasses........

Thank God I'm not the only one. Maybe we should start a support group for GB addicts.

OK, bum joke. I was suggesting that "the woman behind the curtain" was his wife, with reference of course to The Wizard Of Oz.

I am not, as you well know, a misogynist, no matter what Elton John says.

It's ok, Ghost. Us addicts some times suffer from addictive brain disorders. Ignore the dwl behind the curtain.

I'm so happy I'm not alone. I just got home from work and see that I won 2 auctions today and will probably win another one in an hour. If I were to drink more, I would more than likely bid more and end up buying more stuff. It would probably less useful stuff though.

I admitted my addiction. Thats good. Now I have another problem... I am running out of places to hide this stuff!

Bad news Kitty - Cave is full and Bob isn't finished digging the cave yet.
