Re: Norma Xtreme Long Range

Oddly enough, I went and played with some ammo yesterday (changed the headspace on my B14R and wanted to see of there was an accuracy difference or numbers difference, there wasn't).
Odd number count because there were several other people shooting and at a stupid baffled range so I'd get stray shots or really bad pick ups that were not correct so culled them.
I believe this would probably shoot better from a faster twist barrel... not building a gun for it.

Re: Norma Xtreme Long Range
After testing in my 1712 with a Lilja barrel I found accuracy nothing special, it also proved to be nothing special for knocking over the heavy PC rams with a .22LR so it went on the shelf with the other shoot someday orphans. Someday came. I tested it in my Uberti 1866. It is the most accurate ammo I have fired in that rifle. Pricy to feed a .22 lever gun but compared to the other expenses we tend to not give a thought too it’s doable for a match of higher status than my local monthly.
