Read the update and it sounds like it will be a couple of years before anything happens, we'll have plenty of time to put together a full staff and take in the thousands of dollars to run the new silhouette administration to keep track of all 1200 silhouette shooters on the planet and keep them in line, can't have them cheating on their score cards and winning big money when they haven't earned it.
Until then remember, as long as the NRA is in charge every shot must be accounted for and recorded, then sent to the secure vaults at NRA headquarters where it a cataloged, analyzed and tested for authenticity , there are thousands of dollars in prize money in this game and the NRA silhouette division is tracking everything! =))

Found this 2015 thread.

We are now very close to a decade passing. Plenty of time for full implementation / growing pains / adjustments and so forth. Implementation was completed smoothly and timely while the NRA continues providing our sport prompt, accurate and professional service. Our NRA representatives are easy to contact and address competitors needs and concerns with dependable efficiency. We are very happy with the prompt reliability of the fee based record keeping the NRA provides through the Competitors Portal. Is that a good summary of the last 10 years? It is a reasonable expectation for it to be.
