1407-U9 walking trigger pin

Post by crsteven »

Nothing worse than having your 2 stage trigger go to 1 stage 2 shots into a 60 shot match. Fixed by moving the hammer drift pin back into place. Anyone have a permanent fix? A anti walking drift pin?

A dab of fingernail polish on the ends of the pins works.

That seems like an easy fix. Would you drive it out slightly, dab it, drive it back out slightly on the other and then drive it back to final place or just dab it on each end?

What I did was clean with alcohol then center the pin and dab on each end. Not a big glob but a dab not a smear. If that makes any sense. :D
