If all this stuff happened then report the offender. Better yet take some video. If that's not available write down some notes..the date , time and address of where the "offense " took place and then call the Postal inspectors. If you're not satisfied with whoever you called ask for their supervisor. Write all names, numbers and responses down and advise the person you called you will call back IF you don't get help.

IF you do not do anything then you've become part of the problem . If you have enough time to pitch the problem on Steel Chickens , a public forum, then you have enough time to call someone in the USPS.

The vast majority of Postal service employees are glad to have a job and do a fantastic job. If you find someone in the USPS doing something that you consider wrong REPORT IT....or just sit on the info and let other people suffer.
