Good point Jason! While these guys spend serious money on two-stage triggers we have pick of the litter! Kitty gives me blazes for tilting windmills (frequently deserved...) I've shot single stage triggers all my life and actually enjoy the way a good single stage trigger breaks.

Umm.. the 5018 isn't a single-stage trigger. It's the two-stage that I drool over when I shoot custom guns that were built from MSRs instead of 1712s. :)

you are not alone. i enjoy and prefer a crisp single stage trigger as well.

:oops: Showing my ignorance again... Kitty'll smack me hard on this one since that's his favorite trigger, too...

Don't listen to Dave. He's losing touch with reality.. too much yelling at herding dogs and not enough shooting... :)

Jason,

I have a two stage Canjar in a 40X sporter, I still prefer the single stage crsipness....and I only herd geese twice a day, the dogs are too much hassle.

Here's one for you all to look http://www.daviestriggers.com.au/ .It's one of the great things out of OZ and by all reports they are meant to be gooood (the "F" class one). I'm considering selling my annie/briley to buy one or two. Hope you all look after my team at the nationals.
