Uh Huh - You two find a buyer for a certain Nesika stocked 504 and I'll think about the .260.

Ive got one question. I was looking at the pics and noticed it doesnt have a mag, will this rifle be legal for hunter class? I though hunter rifles has to have a mag in them.

Bob can tell you for sure, but it's probably just not shown and is internal to the stock and no floor plate.

If a rifle is a single shot, from the factory, it is legal, however you can not convert to one to a single shot and be legal.

You're right, Bob, assuming it makes weight. Although the rifle is trued and has a beautiful barrel it's otherwise a classic hunter rifle.

As with all Remington hunting rifle actions of this cartridge size, it has the five shot internal box magazine. ADL models always had no hinged floorplate as well as some of the plastic stock models and others. The higher end BDL, CDL, etc. have the floorplate.
I suspect that most competition stocks are of ADL magazine style (no floor plate). I added a couple of photos to the group showing the magazine..............Bob M.

Shakes, there is only three things on my mind at any one time. FOOD.....SEX.....HP SILHOUETTE. And not always in that order.

If you are having trouble going to sleep at night, try counting.....rams. By the time I hit 60-65 in a row I'm out cold. Works for me.

Your going to love HP.

Dave,
Certainly not my choice of calibers but then I have never been one for turning down a good deal when I see one.

It only stayed there long enough to clear some of the extra junk out of the other parts of the house that are gathering up in prep for moving the boy in his own apartment at school. I can't believe how much stuff he has gathered up, only two more weeks then I might be able to see my floor.

Shakes,
My better half knows where I am 99.999% of the time...the only exception so far (in the last 12 years) is the current flight to NM that is in progress to check on his condition from the accident. Currently sitting in San Antonio waiting on the connection to El Paso.

BTW the caliber is .223...not accurate enough for my liking.
