How to we get a copy of the program if we haven't shot at Winnsboro previously?
Thanks, ppkny

:-t I've got you covered, do not worry they will be coming shortly. I got enough coming for all the clubs to have some on hand.

Let's not give Bob259 a big head yet. I have to travel 2600 miles round trip with him and I rather he still remain his humble self. lol

Be careful.... you already got one person so scared of your driving he'll never ride with you again... you don't want me to tell everyone why he won't do you?

PPKNY is SO efficient he even has our pee stops all planned out, it is going to be a long trip and one of us may not make it (PS his wife has already made me an offer on just leaving him at some remote rest stop where theres no cell service :D )

Bob,

Travel via the Natchez Trace. You can get on it in Nashville after a very nice breakfast at The Lovelace Cafe where they serve 7,000 biscuits a day! You can drop him off at any Way Point as there are very few exits and spotty cell service. I have traveled that way a couple of times and you can only drive 55 MPH at the most as the posted limit is 5o MPH; however, there are NO semi's or red lights and you can see great scenery and wildlife. It is actually quicker and less stressful to travel from NE Alabama or even Nashville to Jackson, Mississippi via the trace than either interstate highways via Memphis or Birmingham. I did not believe it until I did it.

Just leave ppkny anywhere along the Trace!

Mach the banjo music is heard mostly in South Carolina where the movie was filmed. Give Mississippi a little more respect!

You guys have a good trip...You'll know you are in the south when grits become a menu option....you'll know you are in the deep south when the grits no longer come out of a box.

Guys,

After missing last year becasue of my health I will make this years match. I sent my entry in today and confirmed with Evelio we have a hotel reservation. Still having problems with my hip but realize no matter how I shoot I will have a good time at the last dance.

As I will be actually involved in physical labor doing some pier work to get ready for summer, I am posting this update to get my poat count closer to 1,000 adn the elusive Master Class in Steel Chickens as I have retired from shooting. The programs should be here next week and out in the mail by April 1. If you have need for several copies, we can send them via UPS to a street address. Please let me or Robin know and we will send you up to 24 copies for you to pass out and save on postage for us.

Gas up in Nashville and drive the Trace to Tupelo and get off for gas and to pay homage to the birthplace of Elvis! Get back on the Trace and drive through Jackson. Get off the Trace on to I 20 West on Clinton and only 1:45 to Winnsboro!
