Jerry, how fast a twist do you need for those 107's? Custom barrel?

Unfortunately, I can report on a load that did not work. In hunter, I shot a .243 with 105 AMAX bullets (2700 fps) at Zwolle last year. Six hits resulted in 5 ringers. DKG

It is a 7 twist Lilja. I have shot paper at 1000 yds and the holes look good out there also. My next gun will be a 6.5 something. The 243 is just a little light and you have to push the bullet fast. I guess if you can put up with burning barrels it is OK.
