It doesn't matter how many times you turn the targets..... The area next to the weld gets brittle and the pads break off with all the weld still attached. Turning the targets helps to keep the targets from cupping but does nothing for the breakage problem. My silhouettes are painted black on one side and white on the other. That way they are visible under different light conditions and berm color which changes when wet or dry.
