Did anyone download a copy of the rule which listed fiber optic sights before the no rule change "interpretation" resulted in the published rule omitting the words "fiber optic sight"?
I dug out my copy of the 2010 Cowboy National's program. On page 69 Section C. it states that Fiber Optic sights are acceptable.
