I am doing a few things to promote NRA style Smallbore (1/5 targets) participation.

For the remaining Silhouette matches, starting Sunday 8/23 at Pemi.
(Pemigewasset Valley Fish & Game Club of Holderness, NH)

1: I am bringing a Big Bucket of Prizes to be raffled off!

You get a raffle ticket if you Participate in SMALLBORE. So bring a scoped rifle! Some prizes are silly. Some are pretty cool.

2: If you are new to Smallbore (1/5 animals). I WILL PAY YOUR ENTRY FEE. You don't need to be a totally new shooter, but just have not tried the small targets.
…..If you are a totally new shooter... heelll I'll even let you use my rifle.


I'm doing this out of my own pocket so if anyone wants to help out it will be greatly appreciated.

So, ladies and gentlemen of N.H. Clubs please get the word out for me in your local club networks (as I live 2.5-3.5 hours away).

I am not local, and not even likely to show up. CO is long drive from NH. But I take my hat off to you and your efforts to promote the sport, just wish I was closer so I could help a little more.

Today’s update:8/24/15

Yesterdays match at Pemi was great (even if my scores were not).

Excellent weather up in the mountains of N.H. I changed my idea a bit on Silhouette promotion philosophy. I want to get anyone involved no matter which “game” they play. Then perhaps I could steer them twords NRA Small Animals

1: Everyone gets a raffle ticket. This was quite popular.

2: There were new shooters I believe? I think the Match Director comped the entry fees in the spirit of my offer. Which was awesome!

3: Generated lots of good will. Some folks stepped up and loaded the prize bucket or promised to do so next match. I can't thank you enough for the help.

So next match is Sept 6, at Purgatory Falls, Fish and Game Mont Vernon N.H. (it's a beautiful place you should visit)

4: Due to Generous Donations of Ammo: First Three New Shooters Will Have 50 rounds each of donated .22lr!!!
So if your totally new to Silhouette. Just bring a rifle. And don't worry. We also have a plan to pair up new folks with some one to help / coach.
