I just purchased a used Anschutz 2002 SSP and I'm looking for opinions on which scope to put on it for Air Rifle Silhouette.

i would go with a Bushnell 4200 Elite 6-24 x 40 with the 1/4MOA dot (model# 6243A ?) on BKL 257 mounts.
Nice rifle deserves a nice scope.

I agree on the scope, but the rear dovetails arent always perfectly aligned. I would go with an old 2 piece RWS C-mount with the foward mount shaved a bit on the underside of the dovetail. The front dovetail on the 2002 SSP is not level with the rear one and the c mount is adjustable. Also this solves having to shim the rear so you can reach out and touch the rams. Brad's suggestion will work fine, mine is if you just have to have it perfect...........ok nt perfect, but closer.
