With all the Masters in Raton and no sign of Matt AKA " Shakes" I felt good about my chances for a win in AA. After posting a personal best of 44/60 I felt even better.
Good enought for second place again.
Congrats

to AA shooter Seamas O'Grady and his personal best of 45/60.
Maybe I should get a cool nickname to improve my chances.

Yep.. Bruce was definitely on fire today. That was his first match with the new stock on that gun, too. I bet it won't be long before he'll be cleaning house and we'll all be hoping for second best. I definitely sense that he'll be leaving AA class in the very near future.

Our smallbore and smallbore hunter matches are always on the third Sunday of the month. The cowboy lever and hunter pistol matches are on the Saturday before that, which is not necessarily the third Saturday of the month (like this month). The only months that we skip during the year are June, when our club's annual meeting is, and September and October when we're doing hunter sight-in for the public on the weekends.

Cool... Excellent shooting fella's! Gosh, I wish I could think of a really biting nickname to foist on you, but I'm going to have to think about it.
Something like Norton McBender or Remmy O'phire...

Well Matt got 15/15 on pigs with his 10/22, so you should call him the Ruger Ranger!
