Explain this post. The NRA literature states to contact the NRA Silhouette Department after April 3, 2017 for entry packets for the 2017 HP-SB Nationals in Ridgway. Conflicting information about registering for this match. What is the correct method to register for this match? Do you contact the NRA Silhouette Department or do you use the link on this forum???
