MIdSouth Classic Match

I am interested in knowing if Evelio is planning on attending the third leg of the Southern Trifecta. If so, I would like to issue a challenge to him as I have not picked up a rifle since April and am interested in taking some of his beverages off of his hand in a friendly match. I just need to know how much of a handicap that Evelio and his sandbagging self will give me!

We can have a lot of fun with this and I am sure that Kitty will be sure and give me plenty of advice and coaching and we know what he did for that kid from Arkansas!

I await the answers on the thread.

I'd offer to hold the money but it looks like it will be in a liquid form and I'm not even gonna try to keep up with either of those two!!!

Headed for Tennessee to see what color shirts Gator made this time...

Regadless of who wins it sounds like it will be a real good time :-)

Evelio, Ducky has been resting so I'd be careful about giving him to many

Ducky don't need no practice....The last time he took off a year he showed up at the Conard Cup and shot a 33....

I think a good challenge match would be for them to shoot a gun of my choosing....Heads up.......bring out the real shooter in these guys.....

Ahhhh.....I can see it now...

The first cool breezes of the fall has began to move the doves south, the ducks won't be far behind...It's still hot in a place called Houston TX, and a place called Winnsboro LA....It's hotter still at the Villa of Evelio McDonald and the Plantation house of David "Ducky" McLemore....The blood of these two old warhorses boil even hotter as they anticipate the challenge that has been thrown down by Ducky...."I'm coming to Arkansas in September, Cubano, and I'm a takin your good drinkin whiskey"....."Ahhhve not shot a rifle in over a year" says Ducky "But I can take your old hide any ole time"....

"Looks like we're going to Arkansas" says the steely eyed McDonald to his trusty sidekick Paul Freeman. "Hitch the fast black horses to the buggy and load the best liquor and my finest rifle" Says Evelio to Paul...."I'll show that carpetbagger something about shooting steel"..."Uh, Evelio we don't have any black horses or a buggy" Says Paul to his friend and long time companion..."How about we just take the van like always"? "Fair enough" says Evelio "Just make sure we have enough ice for the trip"...And be sure to bring my sword, because when I beat this Ducky I'm going to cut off his Kangaroo Nutsack and keep it as a trophy...I will drag his vest down the dirt streets of this town called Bryant Arkansas"....

Meanwhile, down on the bayou in Louisiana, Ducky sits on his the veranda of Le Chateau De La Coon Ass and sips a mint jullep smiling contentedly as the current Miss Louisiana fans him and feeds him grapes she has provocatively peeled with her teeth, as the sound of the cotton chopping songs of his democrat field hands waft happily up from the fields down below the hill.

"Ooooohhh Ducky" coos Miss Louisiana "Tell me again how you're going to take your big ole rifle gun to Arkansas and out shoot that mean ole Cubano person"....

"Weeelll dahlin, won't be no big thang, Cubano has the best liquor in the whole rodeo and I've called him out and am gonna take it from him in front of all his friends"..."Won't be no big thing for ole Ducky"...."And after I take his liquor I'm going to take his hat and bring it back to little ole you...we'll dance and cavort with you wearing nothing but Cubano's hat and me wearing nothing but a drunken lear".......

Going to be fun at the midsouth classic this year.

Kitty,

You may have it the nail on the head! What about it Cubano? Have not heard from you or Paul on this matter!

Do you think that Dawg will be posting soon?

By the way Kitty, we will have to post pics of the a$$ whoopin' either Cubaon or I get. I am not making any predictions except that I will NOT practice regardless of the purse!

Senior Frank, there is a trouble in the hen house!!!! Come quick and save the chicken. All this betting may get him upset again. He may not shoot so good and blame all of us.

I have the Cuban's money! He must be inventorying and counting his reserves to see if he has enough to bet!!! Ducky don't play when it comes to the refreshments. And practice - he don't need no stinking practice.

Chicken's lurking - just waiting - licking his beak!! Waiting!!!

Need some more bait. Ya'll buy some scopes and get him in the mood. Hunting season is just around the corner. He'll probably be recovered from all the changing flat tires and frog-gigging by this weekend!!!

The Party Has Started - Ya'll better Hurry!!! 8)

Ok now leave me out of this story. Poor Evelio can not post on SteelChickens, he was trying to update his email addess and locked himself out of posting. We need the webmaster to help him out. Email him at [email protected] and help him fix his steelchickens account.
I will not participate in any side bets myself, having enough trouble hitting the steel critters as it is. See you in Benton next month, THink I will shoot the 40x can't hit SH** may as well look good missing.

Later, Paul

Neihouse, I have read something along those lines on your last post. Did you used to ghost write for one of those forum magazines (penthouse, playboy, ect, ect.) years ago.

THIS IS POSTED FOR THE CUBANO

Sorry guys, I had to change my e-mail address from RR to Comcast, I had it all messed up, but I finally got it fixed, but then I tried to change it on my profile in steel chicken. com, and guess what !!!!
now I can't post anything, it keeps telling me that my account is no longer active.
That's the reason why you have not heard from me. I have e-mail the administrator several times asking for help, but I have not gotten any response.
If any of you guys know this guy, would you contact him, and ask to please correct my account or e-mail me at
[email protected]
Now as far as Benton, and Ducky is concerned, I will be glad to take the challenge, but since I never shot over 25 at Winnie or the Nationals, I think he should spot me at least 10 on each gun in the aggregate.
And yes this cubano is ready to whip his ass, and Kitty, of course I will be bringing plenty of good alcoholic beverage, but this time you need to sneak some to.
The van is ready, but I can't get any horses to pull it with, maybe Paul can get some, otherwise we may have to push it all the way, do I have any volunteers????
Will be leaving Thursday morning, see you all at the Vista Hacienda.
Hey Paul, get on Steel Chicken, and post a defense on my side. Maybe they will let me back in soon.
Evelio.

Senior Frank, the Cubano he sounds like the chicken at Winnsboro now with all this spotting points thing. I think the cuban is much scared of the duck.

What a pathetic answer and excuse of being locked out!

I am just counting on Kitty to bring me through in great fashion. As David Hamaker said, "Do I look good?"

The LSU rifle will make it's silhouette debut at this match. I don't care if I hit anything except the glasses when pouring!

This is getting so interesting I may have to count up my vacation days and see if I have enough left and can make it.

Kitty, glad to see you back in form!!! You've out done yourself and your creative writting class has paid off well :D
