With the passing of Joy Cox, we have decided for our match to name the Women's Aggregate the "Joy Cox Memorial Aggregate".

It is only fitting that we honor Joy in this way. She was a long time silhouette competitor, past president of the Hassayampa Gun club in Phoenix, and a nationally recognized shooter. Years ago she shot a perfect 80/80 in the lever gun rifle caliber match, a feat that I don't think has been duplicated to date.
Above all, Joy was a fine person and a promoter of the shooting sports.

Hello Jim, Joy deserves all the recognition since she was a very good shooter and a better person.

Just for the record she shot a 40X40 in 2010 and co holds the 40 shot open National record with 4 other shooters, she has the current woman's record for the 40 and 80 shot Regional Course with a 75X80 set in 2010 as well. The open record is 79X80 and was set in 2011 by someone else.
