Lyman 17ATC (Tall) Front Sight Availability

Hello all.
I'd like to try a Lyman 17ATC front sight on my Pistol Cartridge lever action rifle (A Marlin 57M) to get a better cheek position than I can get with a lower front sight. The 17 ATC is the model that measures 0.852 from bottom of the dovetail to the center of the aperture.
The down side is that I can't find any of this model front sight available for purchase. Everyone including Lyman lists it as out of stock, and I believe it's been out of stock for some time. I'm hopeful that Lyman will make another production run of these in the not-too-distant future, but I'd prefer not to wait for that random day.
I'm checking here to see if anyone has a spare laying around, or maybe experimented with this front sight and decided it was too tall, etc.
