Shorty flat-top AR15 w/ accessories $600

I want a new barrel on the 1712 and some good ammo, so a couple of the lesser-used toys have to go. Here's the first one. It's at flat-topped AR15 custom built to my specs. Here is the parts list.
- Forged Stinger Arms upper
- Forged Stinger Arms lower
- Olympic stainless ultramatch barrel, 16", 1:8 twist
- Ace Skeleton stock
- First Saamco G27 ergo grip
- Shorty freefloat tube
- Picatinney gas block
- Removable muzzlebrake/compensator
- All other parts standard mil-spec (Olympic Arms mostly)

It comes with everything in the pictures except the scope. That includes:
- Mil-tec USA "Soft Armor" 38" tactical soft case w/ 6 magazine pouches and large pocket
- Millett extra-high AR15 rings
- Colt 9-round magazine (the best made for target and coyote hunting)
- Generic 10-round magazine
- Flat-top brass catcher
- Camo sling with swivels
- Original A2 grip
- AR15 chamber brush (that didn't make it into the pictures)
It's in excellent condition and has had just under 300 rounds through it according to my loading notes. It shoots like you'd expect the stainless ultramatch barrel to, liking 24.0 grains of Varget under the 68-grain Hornady BTHP match bullets the best. Every bullet I tried from 52 grains up through 75 shot well, though. There are a couple light scratches on the right side of the barrel (click on the pictures to see bigger versions) from taking it in and out of the safe that scratched the finish but not the metal.
I built the rifle to be the do-it-all AR15 and it does that well. I've shot it with scopes from a red dot up to 36X target scopes, and even mounted a buddy's match sights on it (Picatinney rails front and rear) for a few shots. It did well with all of them. It works great for targets and would be great for coyote hunting, too, as that was the original inspiration for the build. This rifle has had a trigger job done by a local smith, and it's a LOT better than the factory mil-spec parts were originally. It's not as good as a Jewell, of course. I liked it a lot better before I started shooting Anschutz 2-stage triggers.
I'll take $600 for the whole setup, with preference given to local buyers who can save me the hassle of dealing with shipping and FFLs. I'll also throw in a couple hundred once-fired Lake City brass for a local buyer if wanted. If it hasn't sold in a week locally, I'll open it up to the rest of the lower 48 for that price plus $20 shipping/insurance.
