Tbone, I got a Premier 18x40 EFR with the silhouette dot. It is gloss and has target turrets, sunshade and butler creek flip-up lens caps. Glass is excellent, but does have very light ring marks. You can have it for $800 shipped Priority mail (insurance extra). It currently is on my 54.18 MS, but I've found that I like the magnification of my T16.
