My local gun store got in some Armscor "Target", 40gr solids standard velocity. Made in the Phillipines. Bought a couple boxes just to try them out. Any of you have experience with them?

Seems like you are alone on this one. What kind of 100m 5 shot groups are you getting?

I was not aware that the P.I was even making ammo....Looks like you just volunteered yourself to be the product tester...keep us posted.

Short Version Review.......... don't waste your bucks. Tried it at 40 meters along with my usual Federal 510's and a couple other brands. Armscor was the worst of the lot... even the Federal 750 Bulk Pack had better 10 shot groups. I'm used to one ragged dime sized hole with the Federal 510's at that range, Armscor was well over 1 1/4" for 10 shots. Got some Federal 719's in from Midway... will be giving them a try tomorrow.

Just tried out some Armscor last week in my CZ. Not impressed. Average group around 1.5" at 100yd. After (3) 5rnd groups at that size, I put the box away and went on to the next one. YMMV
