Hi Everyone,

This is a wonderful site and I just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. I guess you could say that I come from a shooting background since my family owned and operated a large outdoor range NW of Chicago for many years where I was employed until we closed in the late '90's. Although I dabbled in centerfire shooting for a few years my true love is .22 rimfires. I think I'm a fairly well rounded shooter but I primarily shoot benchrest and enjoy rimfire accuracy as much as my wallet will allow, which isn't very much given I have a family that needs to be clothed, fed, etc. I do ok given the reletively inexpensive equipment that I've been able to accumulate a little at a time over the years. I've recently decided to broaden my horizon and shoot the smallbore silhouette matches that are held at the sportsman's club that I belong to. I've already found a lot of great information on this site (and the site offered by AZrifle) but I'm sure that I'll have plenty of questions. In fact, I already do but I'll ask them in another thread.
