Sightron Silhouette scope dot size

What's the dot size on the Sightron Silhouette scope??
I thought it was 3/8" @24x

Try to decipher their specifications
here.
It seems to say the dot is .25 inches, but it probably
means .25 MOA.

That's big for my taste, too. Does anyone do reticle changes in Sightron's? TK Lee maybe?
edit: Just checked: TK Lee only does Sightron variable poser scopes designed to come apart.

I had him do a power boost and reticle change on a Leupold a few years ago. I haven't talked to him since, but his ad in Precision Shooting indicates that he does work on Sightron.
