Just got back from Houston, long drive but well worth it. Specal thanks to the Bayou Rifle Club and Match Director Bill Motl, Evelio McDonald, Paul Freeman, Cliff Landry and all the folks that helped make our time there very enjoyable. Great match, great time. Really enjoyed seeing old friends again and meeting some new ones. Also thanks to Mrs. Motl for putting her hand to cooking a wonderful lunch both days, and to Mrs. McDonald and her daughter who ran the stat house. Great job everyone. I think the official total of shooters was 53. Everything ran smoothly and safely. This should be considered a must attend match for the serious silhouette shooter. Very new shooter friendly and several young folks in attendance. Hope I didn't leave anyone out. Look forward to seeing everyone again in Winnsboro.
