Heard BH had a shoulder operation and was wondering how he was doing. Hope he gets well soon.

I'm doing ok. Cant move my right shoulder right now, but that was to be expected. Had two labral tears in my right shoulder from a few months back. I'll be in a sling for 2-4weeks then rehab. Thanks for asking, it means alot!

I am glad you are doing OK. I know how it is to have shoulder problems although not as bad as yours, mine is more than likely related to aging.
I congratulate you for doing so well at the Nationals in spite of your shoulder problem which you did not tell us here you had.

Doing better this morning Jason, and good food always makes a trip worth while! Started getting bad nosebleeds though last night. It happened to be one of the side affects on one of the meds they put me on post surgury. And if you tell me the date for Concord now I can start looking for flights lol
