My 11 year old is wanting to start shooting nra matches. Do I get him a NRA membership also?

Wirenut, The NRA rules no longer require NRA membership for competing in a match. The junior membership used to be relatively inexpensive ($8) but I believe it has gone up. So it is up to you, to compete in a state championship most states require membership in their organization, or your home state organization, again the junior price are usually significantly lower.
