I removed the sling studs from my CZ 452 varmint to shoot better off a rest while sighting in a new scope. Anybody find any good plugs or screws that will fill the holes and still look good?

Your right , studs are worthless on a match rifle and a pain using them on bags. I put button head machine screws in place of mine.

Make a hole plugging screw? No way. Those are some quality ones I liberated from the tool crib. Just another fringe benefit.

Man I miss the days when a trip to the tool crib and a little work on a lathe or mill could save me a bunch of time.
