OZ team home safely without too many international incidents

Now that the OZ team is home safely I think is should come to the attention of the Chairman that a certain wannabe wallaby made off with part of the Ramslammers winnings.
There is a fine shooter (at least in his own mind) from Phoenix that wants to be a Ramslammer so badly that he paid serious money to buy a badge, and also has donated multiple times to the side bets, only to outshoot his mates on the rams, but not knowing the rules left the range without collecting the loot. Wellllllll now this little situation has gone on for several years, and he thinks that by not objecting to the non payment, he could purchase his way into membership of this fine batch of mates. Well as he has found out there are two US members now and he is still out, so in revenge this year he dutifully paid his side bet money to the treasurer, then when said officer did not check to see how he had shot, Tim made up his scores, knowing full well what the mates had shot.
After much haggling, it seems that the treasurer paid Tim, without verifying the scores this year. Tim being almost honest was going to return the money, until he thought about previous payments without return, so I quote
"I don't feel bad about keeping the money, afterall they owed me from previous years."
I wonder how much the side bets are going to cost Tim next year and how many of the Slammers will be checking his ram bank scores.
