Sent Leupold 6.5x20 w/target dot too Leupold on 8/8. Change out target dot to 1/2 moa dot. Received scope back today 8/26. Basically a two week turn around, not bad. I will plug them on that, but don't recommend there game cameras.

I've had much the same experience myself on the three I've sent back. I will be a lifetime customer of Leupold due to their customer service.

I have a couple unmounted Leupolds that I won't sell figuring I'll have something needing a scope sooner than later and I won't have to pony up any money. Other brands of scopes that were not being used or were unmounted got sold...
