HELLO ,
I just called WEAVER - WEAVER T scopes are CHANGING soon !
1 ) T 36X AND T24X only now made with 1/8 ... EVERYONE can not get the quarter minute KNOBS ... they are no longer made !
JUST eighth minute knobs ... SO you have to REWRITE the knobs !
2 ) The new T will have a side focus ( three knobs )
Coming in spring 2014 - keep your fingers CROSSED ...

FOR GREG G and other WEAVER T scope enthusiasts :
WEAVER T scopes have siblings ! NEW out now ...
WEAVER T 46
WEAVER T 36
WEAVER T 24 , ALL have a third turret for PARALAX / FOCUS
for the time being ; BOTH the locking OBJECTIVE and the NEW side focus are being offered side by side ...
ON the downside , those quirky 0 - 4.5 , back to 0 knobs that the bench resters like so much are NOT CHANGING ...
1/8 minute clicks across the boards .
I told them to offer replacement ELEVATION KNOBS 0-16 , or so ; THEY listened ...
the weight is 17 ounces or so on the T 24 , 36 with SIDE FOCUS .
THE WEAVER T scopes with locking objective weigh 16 ounces ...
WEAVER T 46 is a 30 mm tube and is beefy at 48 mm OBJECTIVE and 1.8 pounds ...
thank you - HOW was that GREG G ???

I saw this on Accurate Shooter... T36 with 1/8 knobs are on sale for $379:

Not sure if it is the same new/improved scope or whatnot.

I don't see how this improves anything for silhouette shooters. Still 1/8 min clicks; still 1/8 MOA dot reticle.... What am I missing?
