At my Federal civil servant day job the drive to fill out the 2009 "employee" job satisfaction survey is in full swing by the big shots. If a department has over 80% survey participation you get a free pizza from the choke and puke cafeteria (where I have not eaten since March of 1984) and other wonderful prizes.

Some Departments have over 800% participation. The A**** kissers fill out the survey eight or more times each to skew the survey results to positive. Some supervisors also order their employees to fill out the form every minute of the work day for days on end to skew the test results to the positive.

My Department has three employees. I refuse to fill out the survey when the survey process has been corrupted by the adminstration. My department will have 75% participation if the other two do not fill out the survey multiple times which is possible.
