Ummm, not sure what to think. First, Snopes takes issue with the premise:
http://www.snopes.com/politics/obama/citizen.asp

Second, this article has a different read:
http://www.mercurynews.com/news/ci_1366 ... ck_check=1

I'd just as soon he'd hear the case and put this thing to rest. On the other hand, the loser would just appeal so it wouldn't settle anything.

(edit: A double check of the article referenced by Mach 2 showed a dateline of September 08th on the article, even though the page banner is dated October 30th.)

Absolute power corrupts absolutely. I predict our President will keep this tied up in court until such time as his minions can destroy those who oppose him. Obama will never produce his birth certificate to the American people.

No need - field a credible candidate at the next election. Our system is set up that way for a reason. Spend your energy finding and supporting a team that can win the election.

Term limits, especially for our congress and senate...and they have to be subjected to all "laws and provisions" they vote in, especially when it comes to insurance and medical care.

Works for me. And repealing one law for every new law passed seems like a good idea, too.

Now BB, that should be repealing two laws for everyone created, until we get down to less than the 10 commandments.

That might work better - each party gets to choose one...

Here is my question: If Obama is found ineligible to be President then, 1) Who does become President (I think Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi); and 2) Will all laws and appointments made by Obama become null and void?

And how would we get all those billions of dollars back that he has spent?

Some of my coworkers seem to think we should just leave him in office, even if he does not meet the Constitutional requirements. And that attitude is what really scares me.

Any chance of somebody moderate running for office sometime real soon? Any chance they could win?

If Obama is not qualified to be president, then I would contend that Biden is not eligible assume the presidency. This is because the election would have been fraudulent.

As much as I'd like to see this happen, I don't think anyone should be holding thier breath on hopes this will happen anytime soon, if at all. The process for qualifying should have been prior to anyone running for office and if not proved to satisfaction prior to the campaign/election they would be removed from running for any office.

Like I've said, if you dislike the scoundrel in office, then run your own. Just remember, they are all stinkers.
