The media is silent on anything he says or does because they are scared of getting cut out of the inner circle. This guy still thinks he's on the campaign trail, just think of how much 'carbon' waste are his and his wife's jetting all over costing us. You don't see any other world leaders doing it like they are.

In summary, he was referring to his grandfather, the man that raised him and provided a paternal figure.

If it had been George W. who had "misspoke" the press would have pounded him for weeks about it.


It just goes to show you that without "Mr. Tele-prompter" he's no more articulate than George W.

The interesting part is watching conservative politics leverage a neutral internet and conservative media to shape opinion. Anyone with a website can start a movement if they strike a chord, and everyone with an email account can publicize "misspoken" politicians. If you like electronic democracy, support net neutrality.
