John,
I prolly won't be shooting the 64MSR much, but since it and the 1712 will both have Champ's Choice import marks I'll be keeping it. Who knows, I may toss some aperture sights on it and try 3p smallbore someday (or just try the little critters with irons for the heck of it).
I do plan on mainly shooting the 2 EMc's (EMc2?) to facilitate having the same fit. I'm even toying with the idea of getting a Briley hanger and mounting a 2 stage Annie trigger in my HP gun set the same as my SB gun-now that would be neat!

Usually shooting scores right in class, too bad its the class below my classification!

Bling Opportunity
Kitty;
Don't you think Sobrbiker's new gun would look good with a fade anodized Leupold perched on top?. You should oughtta suggest that he call Leupold. Think of the bling-ego potential!

dwl,
Agree a custom painted scope is in order....Since the stock is on the order of a Harley Davidson motorcycle maybe flames???......Also looked last night at one of my grandson's toys, a toy HD motorcycle.....It has a little chip inside that, when you press a button, sounds like a Harley starting up........That would be waaaay cool if Evelio incorporated that in the build......Come up to the line and at the "Ready" command press the start button and the gun settles into that lumpy idle that HD's are famous for..........And then the gun starts to leak oil like a real Harley.......I can see it now

Please don't encourage Kitty! He's "helping" me (ever had Kitty's help planning a rifle before? You'd think he was on commission...) plot a high power build and the Leupold Custom Shop has already come up. My tastes are more stealth bling, though the Rainy Day 1712 may put the lie to that.dwl wrote:Kitty;

Bob, you just don't understand! See, Kitty is an Agent of Bling - he corrupts us and then feeds off that energy and actually becomes stronger!Bob259 wrote:Bear... don't worry , he's all wore down from my builds

Hmmmmm, my wife had another name for him, don't remember 'Agent of Bling' but I believe it was something like a 'Bad influence' or 'Bad Kitty', 'Bad Kitty' LMAO She said I don't need encouragement, I think she meant that in a good way thoughBlauBear wrote:Bob, you just don't understand! He will definitely need to sign on as a sponsor for the "Range Rat Gazette"!

You're all in this with him, right? Evelio just wasn't enough, we needed powder coat and decals, and now the Leupold Custom Shop is involved?! Where will it end?! Oh the humanity!
