Winnsboro was GREAT!

Post by Travelor »

For those that did not go - You missed a great Match.

The Match was run on time and well done.

The weather was the best we have experienced yet, the food good, the beer cold, and seeing old friends was wonderful.

What more can you ask for?

Thanks to the all espeically the Officials of Winnsboro Gun Club for another great experience!!!!!!!

It WAS great. I had a lot of fun. I was even lucky enough to win a cleaning kit and some Mule Juice as door prizes. The weather was great and so was the food. I'll be back next year for sure.

Oh, did anyone see that guy with those crazy shoes? What was he thinking???

GOW...yes I did see those shoes, and even thought about stealing them, but figured seeing as it was a virgin run for you at Winny you had enough to deal with.
But then like a certain front tag you'll catch on the fun soon.

I'm glad my shoes were a big hit. I did scare some people with them (they thought I had severe frostbite), but for the most part people were just curious. I do have to say that i really do like wearing them when shooting. They are much more comfortable and they keep me from rocking on my heels. Everyone should get a pair for next year. Especially if you like shooting barefooted.

Now I know who you are, and those sure were some funky "shoes?" Next year we need mandatory "nick" name tags!

We'd only swap 'em round to keep it interesting.

GOW, you will definitely be a hit if you will post where to get those shoes!

We will have name tags for all competitors next year, we just have not got the thing figured out. I know that we can have tags for all entries that early bird entry before May 15 and that may be all that get them at the match and we will have to mail the others or just not be eligible except for early entries. Let me know what ya'll think so that Jerry and I can make a semi-intelligent decision.

Here is just one place I found online in a quick search. The sizes are different than normal shoe sizes, so you will have to figure out what size you wear some other way. I would say your best bet is to go to your local Outfitter store and see if they have them, or can order them. If they do they will have a size chart to measure your foot with.

BB do you really think Hambone should have a sharp instrument? After all Tbone supposedly died.

If he is indeed alive, he should consider suicide after the way he shot at Winny.
