hey guys/gals need some information about selling air rifle without a ffl, is it legal for all state's or what, thanks

You don't need an FFL to buy, sell or trade and Air Rifle. However, there are some city restrictions e.g. NYC on shipping to NYC and I'm sure a few other larger cities.
