What is the best?

So if I were persuading Evelio to work on my rifle, one of you would deliver the cheap scotch recommend by the other? R i g h t - I can't wait to see how that project works out...

Actually, Bob, with something so important as your rifle I would buy 2 bottles of the Glen Livet and give one each to Dawg and me. That way surely a little bit will get to Evelio.........

This hobby gets more expensive all the time! It'll take two bottles to distract my "Helpers" while I sneak a third one to Evelio in the gun case! And here's hoping the 504 doesn't drink...

Bob, You better send it with or to me, I live close to Evelio see him several times a month.

Why send Evelio your 504, you know that I will end up putting mine in a Pharr stock. Just because most say it would be a waste of time. Once I am finished all I will have to do is hire a good shooter. So they can prove that the 504 is as good as any of he Anschutz out there. We can make my 504 the biker bride, everone get a turn when it's done. Maybe I can have it ready by Jacksonville. Later, Paul

Paul, it will be at least July of this year before anything is done, so I can learn a little more before committing to anything. There are three possibilities right now, and probably more to come. Part of my problem is that I just like rifles and want to buy 'em all, and setting goals like that helps keep some impulse control in place. Otherwise I'd be living in a cardboard box at the range, right next to a humongous gun safe.

You better take STS up on that, one of the best offers I have seen in years, drive a custom before you buy it, unheard of in this sport. Now stay on the subject of the two cases of scotch to Jacksonville
