Roll Call for Ridgeway!

With Ridgeway only a few months away I was wondering who was planning on going. Ive meet a few of you guys, but I'm interested in meeting the rest of the gang.

And may God help you all. Please forgive Huey for his exuberance but this will be a week of firsts for this strapping young lad, including his first Nationals, his first plane ride, and his first night in a cheap motel with an older gentleman.

Well now there Baby Huey...I'm not so sure about the older gentleman but I can tell you if you really want the experience of a cheap hotel, stay where Gator is staying....he seems to find some of the finest. And also be glad that Byron isn't rooming with you as well. If it gets too bad you can always come camp in Fenton's tent. Now for the plane ride...have fun...as for the first nationals, no where near the Southern Nationals, CBC or some of the other fine matches but Ridgway club does do a nice job of dealing with Greg Conner. Mark and Michelle are great hosts and the solar showers at Ridgway are some of the finest anywhere! Be prepared for cold nights, despite it being August.

What airline you flying? Baby Huey...hammy isn't that bad, just different and watch out he is in polka and beer territory in PA so I'm sure he'll be hunting out some glorified hot dogs and beer with those low top cut dresses!

Oh trust me, a few of us at the club saw him dancing to the polka channel one night after a club meeting.

Bone told me that the hotel thing happens all the time in Florida to young lads.

Calm down, oh large one. The only reason your going is that for some reason Byron won't travel with me any more. But in order to maintain our friendship, you can have the cot.

The Kityy Clan will be there....I suspect the usual core group of traveling shooters will be there....Ridgeway is a great place, they (the club) and the surrounding towns actually want us there and go out of their way to make us feel welcome. Mark and crew do an excellent job of running things...Greg and the NRA staff will be there, so be prepared for that, for better or worse....One notable difference in Ridgeway from most places we shoot, the firing line is gravel instead of concrete....takes a bit of getting used to, but is not a problem.

Have fun, enjoy all the firsts, you will remember it for a lifetime.
