I love my 7mm-08 AI, check out what Layne Simpson calls it (forgive me that I can not be more informative at this time as I am out pheasant hunting and ice fishing, along with picking up my second S&W model 18-3).

Hey Guru, I'm officially requesting to be named in your will in case of your early demise. Ah yes, the 7-08, no finer cartridge has ever been chambered in the Remington 700. I hunted hard for the first 8 days of the season this year for a really nice 10pt. whitetail, I caught a glimpse of him on halloween before first light but he didn't get that big by being careless. Day 9 I shot this buck at 135yards at a brisk walk as he appeared in a narrow window through the trees. 140 Nosler ballistic tip, he ran 65 yards hard at the shot, took the top of his heart off. This was the poi of the bullet, the blood trail was incredible. Not the whopper buck I was hoping for but my freezer is full.

I think this forum software is really picky about case in the tags, Kevin. Trying with the img tags in lowercase.

I copied and pasted your IMG links into a "reply" edit-window and then looked at the "Preview." Your pictures came up just fine. I think the issue you have is that you have not enabled "Display images within posts:" To do that, do the following:

Click on User Control Panel at the top of the screen.
Next: Click on "Board preferences."
Next: Click on "Edit display options."
Finally: Click "Yes" for all 5 of the "radio" buttons.

If that is the fix, your pictures should show in your post.

Here's what I think looks better than a bead-blasted, stainless-steel barrel and standard Rem 700 action; a bead-blasted Remington XP-100 action. And no, no rust problems at all. Notice the bolt is fluted and bead-blasted for the poshest of posh arrivals when one's relay is called to the line.

I did the same again, copied and pasted your IMG link to a "Reply" window. The picture came up just fine. You need the "Ghost Busters" or something. As you can see, by "quoting" you in this post, your picture came up. Your PC has ghosts and/or gremlins; no not that ugly of ugliest of AMC cars.

Something is weird about Kevin's profile. Everything he does comes up as plain text. When he posts images and when he quotes people it just posts the text instead of being displayed as HTML.

Either that or it's just that Kevin himself is weird.
