That would make it doable, would they wave the 2 week waiting period as well? They could only do that if they have the instant backround checks, do they? I could be wrong, but I think the registration that you would need to do only involves one trip to the HPD with the gun. In and out. I'm pretty sure they would get your finger prints too.

Sorry Kevin, I really don't know.
You could call a local gun shop I suppose. If I wasn't so busy (opening a new care facility on Monday) then I would try to help you figure it out.

Dave do you have a list of the local gun shops? We may get better answers from them than the cops who we all know dont want to go out of their way for us.
