Re: 32-20
I use these... just with a light taper crimp. As long as they aren't overcrimped they shoot as well as jacketed at almost half the cost:

Re: 32-20
Meister had a good 115 gr bullet but the last several orders have had too many bullets with a sprue on the base. I have changed to hunter supply and they have been much better looking.dan2116 wrote: Wed Aug 30, 2017 11:16 am If a person does not cast bullets who makes a quality lead bullet in the 100-120gr weight?

Re: 32-20
I've shot a 32-20 for years, and have used several manufactures jacketed bullets. I really like the 90 Gr Sierra as it's a compromise between an 85 and 100. I used to use Unique, but I now use TiteGroup. It's a more modern powder and I don't find it to be temp. or position sensitive. I use this combination in a 95 year old 92 Winchester and have had a lot of success with it.

100 garin xtp over IMR-4198 with a small pistol primer. If the gun is a modern, good condition rifle look at the Hornady Manual for loading an 1894cl. I use an IMR-4227 load out of the manual with a 100 grain XTP and small Rifle primer. I LOVE the accuracy of the 32-20

Yes TiteGroupdan2116 wrote: Thu Aug 31, 2017 10:49 am This round does not seem to be picky about powder or bullet weight from the wide variety of loads folks like in there rifles. Are there brands of powder that seem to be less effected ( point of impact ) from summer to winter?
